Ahhh... then there's that limiting factor: no matter how good your diet and exercise are, there's always cortisol 😕. A little stress, but mostly a lack of decent sleep is adding 1/2 lb per day... it's not visible (yet).

By next week, the work schedule straightens back out and all will be well again!

I'm soooooo ready for Christmas with my family!

A little stress? You are lucky it’s just a little this time of year 😉. Doing my best to relax this year. So far I’ve went from super stressed every holiday to when I get stressed now I walk away and come back when I’m calmer. Love figuring out triggers and working through them just like we do with food. Have a merry Christmas!
