Well it's happened. Started this journey on August 3 and today December 16, I am down 52 pounds. I have been losing 2 pounds week fairly steadily and not sure what was different this week but lost 4 pounds. If I had to guess, it would be that I am listening to my hunger cues for when to eat and not the clock. If I'm hungry, I eat. If I'm not, I don't! I go for 3 month blood work tomorrow and am semi-interested in what my doctor has to say. About three weeks ago, he did some more bloodwork for thyroid, sodium, potassium and magnesium. Never said anything about those but was concerned about the CO2 level in my blood and wanted it retested. Through my own research I think he is talking about the acid in the blood being higher than normal. This seems to be a result of rapid weight loss/ketosis. I'm not interested in changing anything right now as this seems to be working for me.

In other results, down two sizes in clothes too!

mmm acid and CO2 levels. what do those mean for you? My CO2 would be worrisome with asthma. Awesome graph!!!
