Day 3 of a planned 4 day ‘no solid food’ fast
Blood sugar 101 mg/dL

Thank you all for the support yesterday when I posted my 'before and after' pictures 📷. Sometimes the motivation to stick to your diet is your friends on FatSecret.com.

🏋🏿 Today is a weight lifting day. I will see if I can hold on to lifting 200lbs. My only 'carb up' will be a bottle of orange juice before my workout. So far this latest bulk worked great for allowing me to lift heavy, but, this weight has been slow to come off.

😎 Life is Good! Have a great day everyone!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

@Baskington - Yeah carbs are fun to eat but I do not enjoy 'cravings' and energy roller-coaster.

I know and I feel your pain. I do think once you get a bit stable again that you try eating your omad low carb the day before and add your oj for your workout. that way you will have enough energy from the fat and protein to help you have the whole package to lift. but who knows maybe even fasted the orange juice will be enough

Aw, that weight will come off in no time - hope the weights stay at your 200 level - pretty soon that will just be the norm for you!

@Baskington, @Nikeit, @Becc@ - Thanks! I lift in two hours (I have to drive home). I feel good right now (I had plenty of protein drinks in heavy cream during the day). I will drink the Orange Juice and then try to hold the 200lbs lift...
