Got a little extra sleep last night but so very tired this morning. It’s going to be a 2 cup coffee kinda day
155.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry to hear that you do not feel rested, that is the worst :( That 'good sleep' carbs sometimes bring may be wearing off :) I had protein pancakes last night and slept like a baby.. :)

I slept till 4 and then fell asleep about 20 minutes before my alarm. That’s probably why I felt so groggy. I though about getting my second cup of coffee at Panera for about 5 minutes but stayed strong and made it at work. Taste like crap but no cookies or bagel or pasties were eaten 😇😇😇😇😇😇😇

That happens to me to. If I get too much sleep it'll take me forever to fully wake up.

I’m going to try to go to bed extra early tonight. It will keep me from munching.

Ashlaric it kinda does the opposite for me. Usually it just makes me think about eating again immediately after I finish. As if I hadn’t eaten anything.

Yeah, I can't eat in the morning either, or else I'm thinking about food all day. Never ate breakfast unless I was coerced in one way or another.
