I said I would restart last week. I lied. 3 weeks of bagels, cheeseburgers (with the bun), ice cream, cookies, potatoes, French fries, potato chips, wine, rum, beer, pretty much anything I wanted to put in my mouth. So 2.4 gain is not as bad as I thought. My IBS acted up because of the stress of traveling. That probably has a lot to do with it.

Back in the saddle today for real.

I hope everyone is doing great. I have a lot of catching up to do.

137.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It happens. You’ll do well once you get started back on your new woe. I doubt this but if extra weight stays around long. If you aren’t used to carbs then it’s probably water gain from them. ;)
