well FINALLY! it's taken me 3 dang months to lose 6 pounds. Holy crap. Carnivore keto on. maybe this is the turning point? I definitely feel like it's settling into a WOL. not a diet. I was listening to a Sean Baker podcast on how one doc fixed a severely broken metabolism. I believed they calories cycled every 3 days or so, along with increase exercise on higher calorie days. I defiantly am more hungry some days than others. I have sort of been doing that already. I just need to be consistent with starting back with a lifting routine. another interesting thing, my belly fat is feeling very squishy, that's good, melt away. have a good keto carnivore day. this is month 4.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 67.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thanks baskington, I'm having trouble figuring out what/how much I really have eaten. I cooked up the ground beef and put in jars and the pork, lol. I'm draining the fat mostly but they are lip smacking good. so I'm guessing on servings. meh as long as it's working I guess! hope your good 👍
