I gave into temptation this weekend. I was watching the Rampage VS Evans fight. I usually except not excuses for not achieving your goal. I realize the every once in a while people "slip". Even though I feel that gaining five pounds is a "Fail"(and it is) I have to look back at all my progress up to this point and all things considered I have done pretty well. I should not let this setback make me feel that all my efforts up to this point were for nothing. For almost 2 months I have stuck to my diet and exercise so yesterday I had fallen and Today I will get back up again.
