Doing good so far. That’s almost half of what I gained on vacation in 3 days! I’m having problems sleeping and working 10 hour shifts have kept me from going to the gym. Disappointed there’s no sign of ketones in blood yet :( Which is weird since I can kinda taste that off taste in my mouth already
170.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Congratulations! Sooo you're losing and I am gaining. In two weeks I plan to fast back down to 160. Perhaps we will meet there? Or will you be past that by then?...

last time you got back quickly and I think you fasted. It takes a while to burn off all those extra carbs. If I was trying to get back into ketosis quickly I would be sticking to extreme low carb for a few days. or no carb. I know you enjoy all your creative foods that make life interesting. you will get there probably right on the edge now.

Thanks guys! I’m ignore the hell out of the squealing pig telling me to just go ahead and eat a lill carbs since I’m not in Ketosis yet! Ugh!! I hate these cravings! And the constant chatter in my head! I forgot just how bad it really is. I ❤️ LCHF 😀 Baskington this is my first time cheating since starting Keto. I should probably go zero carb for a day or two. That would probably do it... -______-

Abef I doubt fasting 36 hours a day for 2 weeks could even get me under 160 that fast. But it might... maybe I’ll try.

fasting always kills my appetite, but high fat and no carbs does it very well too. You are doing awesome getting rid of the excess weight quickly, I feel for you on the food cravings.

I really need to up my step game! Since my prmotion I only log 3k to 8k a day! It’s terrible! My average was about 14k
