430 AM Weight, 25 lbs Fat
Good group ride last night. 30 miles, 2000 feet of climbing, and 90 minutes of very high cardio. My heart rate really likes to go way up when the outside temperature is above 85. Burnt about 900 calories based upon my bike power meter. And best of all, got to enjoy a few beers with some friends after the ride!
153.1 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
