I forgot my password, my old phone doesn't work, I changed my phone company and I was not able to have the same phone number , I am starting everything again, I feel like a lost my life (virtual but the only one I had, Iam a little dramatic, I know) 😐😂😂 I still keep and old phone at home i hope it still works, it's an option to recover my password with an old email that I keep there. we are going home in a few months,I am in another state for work.  

I understand your frustration. I did have some success with one of my providers when I called them and explained what happened. I had an old email as the account email and I never went in an updated - when that site crashed I couldn't recover the account. they were able to look me up and fix it on their end. I hope you are able to recover your data.  

I’m guessing your pictures are backed up to the cloud or on a backup hard drive. If need be you can do everything FS does in terms of counting nutritional value by hand with real paper and paper if you need to. It was done that way long before computers. Good luck.

Thanks guys, it's very frustrating, I've tried all the options, the most important ones I no longer have access to, my phone number, my previous phone, but as an option they also ask me for an Apple ID that I used before, (now I use Android) I still have that old phone at home, that would be my last chance. I forget my passwords very often haha but this is the first time I can not recover them, I have so many passwords in my mind that I no longer remember the correct one 🙁 

Someday in the future we will be using retinal display or fingerprints— I hope. No way can you remember all those passwords. And you are out of town. How about trusted friend or family member that you might have given the info too. Good luck. 

My mother-in-law can help me, but I bet I am going to wait, and yes I can still use pencil and paper to count my calories if I don't want to use the app, I did it that way last week . I had been so sad to lose my data, but sometimes I think; I still have 40-50 years to create a new social media life Haha . No matter what, I am not giving up 😊
