Because I slept so poorly the past two nights, I crashed last night without having a significant dinner. That 900 calorie day turned into significant weight loss. Actually weighted 311.5 this morning. Likely will go back up for a few days.
311.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
