kicked the scale..showed it who was noss..good Tuesday morning...nope didn't kick scale..didnt want to injure foot or toes...another nite of not sleeping great..alot of up and down ..was up at 2am..went back to bed at 330am..its now 545am...getting up for morning tea an breakfast...

grass cutting day..i get to watch as someone else takes the reins for a few weeks..very hard to give that up...

haven't been on the bike/trainer in almost a week...missing it...but holding off...been walking for the exercise..but not enjoying it as much...right now pain in shoulder is worst...not enjoying to much...come on Wednesday...im ready to get doctor to set up a fix it day..

Well done with this journal...doing the happy danc..almost forgot how..
