Woke at 211.6, down 1.0 from yesterday after not eating anything solid! Coffee, water, and bourbon were my only intake on Thursday. I planned to eat dinner but just didn't get around to it. Not recommended long term! UPDATE: Fasted until 6 pm. Weighed before dinner and got to 211.2. Ate a huge meal. Net carbs were at keto levels until I added several tablespoons of Halo Top!

I'm still on a 4 day liquid only fast. I actually feel better than ever. No hunger at all. I plan to eat tonight. I'm on Coffee (with Butter and MCT Oil), water, Chicken Bone Broth, and MasterClense... I'm skipping the Bourbon, but hey however you need to get your calories :) :)

Be good to yourself, Bill! Nothing like a liquid diet. LOL! I admire your restraint eating spoonfuls of Halo Top. I eat the whole pint. I haven't bought any for a while but hot weather is coming.
