I can understand tearing tendons and things. When you are in pain elsewhere, you don’t really notice, you just do it. 🤷🏻♀️Doctors and Physical Therapists worry about people being afraid to exercise because they are scared to hurt themselves. I’ve done more damage exercising when doctors and PT’s ASSURED me I couldn’t hurt myself! LOL 😂 Right! 🤦🏻♀️Okay. There’s this bridge...not many miles on it...🙋🏻
