31 OUTSIDE..HEAVY FROST..goood friday morning..so glad to be inside an able to do my morning bike ride on zwift..be chipping frost off my glasses this morning if i was riding outside..brrrr..here its december and cept for the colder mornings..dont even feel like christmas is just 4 weeks away..grass is still partially green..and still leaves on the trees..

did 2 morning rides on zwift this morning..first one was 30 min to get warmed up an ready...second one entered a workout routine..havent done to many of those..but actually enjoyed it..not a strong rider in that i can keep up with the main pack..so since i had 2 other riders on the end of the pack with me..enjoyed it more..ended up doing another 25 min ride..all total 10.1 miles for both rides..wanted more miles today..but i always want more miles..lol..

4 weeks..end of year will be here..not loggin as many miles as i did thru the summer months..being on a trainer is a different kind of workout then being outside an enjoying the wind blowing past you..i have 2 fans turned on in fitness room when i ride..but just not the same feeling as you get ouside..an the fans are to keep me cool so i dont sweat like a pig...yes even though i have burned off some of the fat..when i do my morning rides..still sweat like a walrus..a good thing..getting all that fat worked off one way or another..

well breakfast is over..second cup of coffee..just finished..time to get up an change outta shorts an into sweats..body is cooling off even more..so time to cover the legs..
