Not that surprising - I have been "indulging" a bit too much lately. Part of the deal is, I'm not that unhappy with my weight or looks, and part of it is I just really like chocolate (LOL!). But this is why I've gained back weight in the past, because I got complacent. Not this time! This time I'm gonna be vigilant! I've signed up for a 5K run on Sept. 30th, and I want to get a new PR of under 34 minutes. But I can't do that on a diet of junk food - switch to healthy carbs, mostly fruit & veggies, some whole grains, and watch those calories!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
