Happy Tuesday.

Last week Tuesday was my return from a 5 day vacation. I had had fun. I ate, drank and was merry. My weight shot up 7 lbs to 216. Fast forward 5 days to Sunday, I recovered well and got back down to 210 without major exercise just hard core tweaking my nutrition.

Over the weekend, I carbed up 301.45 grams to be exact ((yeah baby, I had the last piece of blueberry pie Sunday at lunch... YUMMY!!!))

I had intentions of doing damage control by going on the treadmill and/or going out for a jog on Sunday afternoon / evening but I was in chill mode and did nothing.

Yesterday I started the day @ 212.6 which wasn't too bad considering the 2 day prior carb up and this morning I was 210.4

I see sub 207.8, my lowest recorded weight on FS, on the horizon for this week. I feel it deep down inside of me. I will succeed. It is my right. I am logging foods, paying attention to my trends, making necessary adjustments.

I really like the 16:8 fast / eat window I embraced last week. When I ate in the 8 hour allotted window, I didn't gorge myself. I can do this.

It's a process Ches, nice to see you take the ups and downs and continue to soldier on...for sure success is inevitable for each of us if every week and month we are a little bit better than the week or month before. When you get there (which I am sure you will) maintenance is the same...take the good with the bad and keep on keeping on!!
