Am very encouraged by how much I am involved with this plan of eating. God knows - there are thousands of sources of opinions and advice columns to avail myself. Have tracked my eating. Have recorded in this journal. Am talking to many here and in my f2f life about this Keto LOCarb plan. I am engaged....and not down in the dumps ...
