STAYING CONSISTENT..goood friday morning..picking a food plan that your body will allow you to release weight is what this journey is all about..i often think about how so many people both here an in real life just dont always pick something there bodys can tolerate...everyones body is different as to what they can eat an release weight..some times people pick a plan but think well i can cheat an still release the weight..well some times you can..and sometimes your body enjoys the cheat enough that it stores the food into fat...if thats the case..then your eating the wrong food on your plan..im not here to lecture anyone ..i am a recovering sugar addict..that was a cheater as well..i use to think i could have sugar an still release weight..but thats not the case..as soon as i got as much sugar outta the house as i could..weight started releasing so fast i was astonished at how fast the weight was coming off..

as you get the fluids an the fat on your body down to a point, the release of weight does slow down..thats where alot of people get frustrated and start changing what they are eating...i know because in the past i have done the same thing...an thats the mistake..one cheat..brings on another cheat..you fall off the path you was on..the one that was working for you..its easy to do..been there done that...

being consistent with your eating plan is what works..any plan that helps you release the fat from your body is the way to go..not here to pick a plan for anyone..when i started i was doing my own plan..and as i got more into releasing weight i picked lchf cause its more along the lines of what i eat daily..im a big person..just not a big eater..even my nutritionists was surprised at how few calories i was taking in when we met..she got me back on eating so many macros everyday..for anyone not familiar with macros..the pie chart at bottom of the food menu...70-75 fat..20-24 protein..an whatever is left carbs..my plan i get one cheat day every 7-10 days..she suggested an extra banana with my protein shake..on the day i picked to have my clean cheat..was hard for me to see it as a cheat of any kind..cause when your releasing ...who wants to mess up a good thing..but first time i ate extra carbs..wha la...was like wow...it works to release more weight..

well..im settled in to eating right for a change again..happy with the way body is adjusting to lack of sugar in my system..even after doing a 20 mile ride 3 days this week..i wasnt as tired thru the day as i would of been had i been on the sugar..thats not to say that when i layed down in bed i didnt pass out for 8 hours..just a more peaceful sleep..and more refreshed when i get up in the mornings..

well time for my morning tea an whipped cream...actually look forward to it each day..not sure if im riding today or not..been averaging 20 miles per day..already at 60 for the week..might start taking 2 rest days off each week..let my body get the rest it needs so i can get better performance from it..just hard to take them days off cause i enjoy peddling..an the zwift program is addicting cause its a great workout program as well...

SO HAPPY FRIDAY TO EVERYONE THATS BEEN LOOKIN FORWARD TO IT ALL WEEK...

have a great one as alwasy.. my 2 cents for the day...
