EXHAUSTED..goood morning ..went to bed early last night..couldnt get comfy in recliner to make it till 7pm..just was so tired after my ride yesterday..should of done it outside cause it reached 67 here yesterday..but rode inside cause i knew the temps was suppose to drop again today..right now 34 with a high of 41 today...so weather was just a tease of whats getting closer..

been really in to keeping on track with food..nice when your on track of eating like a normal person eats..i eat my meals an not even hungry..dont even miss my chocolate anymore..

todays plan to ride my trainer after while an get a ride in...did a 13 mile ride an sweat was pourin off..heart monitor ive been using to monitor my heart cant say much for it...works when an if it wants to..yesterday after only 15 minutes..it said ive had enough an quit...tried it after the ride..it worked just fine..first year i have ever used a heart monitor when riding or training...so learning all about the ins an outs of them..

another one of them days im waiting on mr or miss motivation to come along an pull me into bedroom to get me suited up for a ride on trainer..one of them i know i need to do it..but give me the umph to get up an get on the bike..once i peddle for 2 or 3 miles..then im in the mood..its just getting to the bike an getting the chemicals in my body to wake up an give me the boost i need to keep pushing the peddles..

well breakfast is over..tea latte went down like always..time to get off fs..an make my rounds ...

me...i just like to see people i know..that have seen me big like i was do double takes when i walk past them in the store..lol...makes its all worth it..

Loving your weather!!!! :) :), We are suppose to getting another cold front, Hurraaaay!!!! Last night was not bad rainy and windy around 70 degrees.. .It beats 92 degree weather with a 100% humidity that Florida gets. Have a super week!!!! :)

that kind of weather...id be out riding an enjoying the warmth...short sleeves an shorts...my kind of weather..you never know what you got till you miss it...

Wish I had nice weather we are being dumped with snow! And the more snow the more I want to eat lol gotta keep it going I want to see a new me this summer and I promised myself I won't buy clothes until it's skinny clothes I'm buying!

pupy..i buy a size smaller jeans to motivate me more..an as soon as i release enough weight to get into that size..then i get rid of the bigger size..no going back that way

just finished my last ride for the day..first ride 8.1 miles 40 min....second ride 10.2 miles 61 min..last ride was a hilly course...an a heck of a workout..took the wrong turn off on course...lol..
