WATCHED SOMEONE ELSE...gooood sunday mornin..watched my friend do a 33mile ride on my trainer yesteday..i told him before he came to dress like a summer day and to bring all his snacks an water he would need to ride...lol...i enjoyed watchin him better then tv yesterday..took him 2 hours to do the 33 miles..i put him on a hill course cause thats what he asked for..lol..guess i should of told him the hill course i put him on was an energy sucker...lol...he did get over the hill but when it came time for him to ride over it again..i showed him where the button was for a u-turn..lol...he brough water bottles with electorlite tabs in them..but only one bottle had the tabs..other was plan water...not good..half way thru he was bonkin out..he was eating sport jelly bellys..but i could tell..they wasnt doing the job..gave him one of my energy gel packets to gulp down...he was all the way down to last 5 miles an he got a cramp in side of his right foot..i went to kitchen an got him a bannana ..told him he was lucky he came to my house to ride..lol..or he would of been callin someone to come an get him...talked to him this morning ..said his legs was alittle stiff but that would work out once he got to moving..and he did 10,000 steps thur the day yesterday to boot...

nutritionist came by yesterday to show sister some exercise moves an to go over some of the food my sister still eats...sister told her it was a work in progress changing over to better eating habits...

im gonna go out in kitchen in a few...try first suggestion she gave us for snacking ...take sargento cheese..cut slice into 4 squares..bake on 300 or 350..have to ask sister when she gets up...for 30 minutes..make sure an use parchment paper on baking pans...once cooled dip in sour cream..something to snack on thru the day instead of all the bad food...

gonna be going thru cabinets next 2 or 3 days...sorting out food an passing it on to other friends that dont eat healthy like the 2 of us are trying to ...i pretty well eat clean most of the time...sister still has a sugar monkey on her back...that shes tryin to get rid of..a work in progress...

george is coming over after while to cook up some chicken tenderloins for the week prep..an gonna try chicken breasts as well..might have to slice an dice to get them to cook all the way thru..learning experience today...

trying to prep for the week..i was already doing that..just makes it so much easier then standin in kitchen ..an deciding whats for the next meal..its already made up..just gotta grab a container an put it on a plate or in a bowl and grab a fork...

well just got done having my breakfast..want to get started on prepping..still need 18 miles to hit my weekly goal by end of sunday..gonna be another busy day..BUT TOMOW...ITS MY DAY OFF...AN HOPEFULLY MY MIND AN BODY WILL BE IN SYNC...time will tell...so....EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT SUNDAY...CATCH YOU ANOTHER TIME..KEEP IT MOVING...ITS FOR YOUR BEST..

having just finished second batch of making the cheese its...no 1..make sure oven is on 300..not 350 as it was set on..no 2..every oven bakes differently..even though it said 30..i took mine out alittle sooner..no 3..use paper towels to put them on after you cut them apart again..other wise..you will need a cloth or paper towel for your hands as you eat em..they are good though..an better for you then some of the other stuff that could be going into my mouth...cooking with mike...lol

Sounds like Cheese Crisps. They are good, but I don't make them that often as most cheese is high in salt.

Yes, they are. I like dipping them into more cheese and homemade salsa. LOL!

shewwww...just finished an 62 min on trainer...19.2 miles..according to trainer...unlike fs...i lost 738 in calories..an i feel like it...lol
