Woke at 222.8, down .8 from yesterday. Will continue flushing out the water today. Targeting 1640 calories, all at dinner. UPDATE: Fasted until 7 pm and walked four miles before that. Got a 217.6 weigh in before dinner. Ate right on calorie goal and pulled the carbs back in. One more day this month. Tomorrow is my son’s birthday and he’s requested our favorite Italian place (been going for 33 years)! But I’ll hide from the pasta and bread and all will be well!

Flush, flush, flush. I started drinking a little Kombucha again. Seems to help with fluid retention and healing the gut. Enjoy your dinner!

Love cabbage and Kielbasa! We might have Fish and chips. Not low carb, but it fits into my calorie budget. Enjoying the wine club a bit too much. One bottle left out of three. :) I just bought a 6 bottle wine rack. I have a feeling it will never remain full with a 2 month wait in between each shipment. Ha Ha! Probably a good thing. Cheers!

LOL! You and I both had a good dinner. I did go over my daily allotment. That bottle of wine went down quite well with homemade fish and chips. Oh... haven't had the Owl Ridge yet. Every bottle is quite different. I can honestly say, I have enjoyed each one. Too much. Good stuff! :)
