For some reason my body does not agree with low carb. It worked before in the past like a charm but this time is different. The more I lower my carbs the slower my weight loss. Even my hair started falling out. I added a high carb day back in and the weight is coming off again and my hair has stopped falling out. I just don't understand my body at all.
204.2 lb Lost so far: 55.8 lb.    Still to go: 84.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can only lose one ounce at a time, you lost 16 of them, heck that is one brick of butter at the store, I dare you to go and pick up 55 of them and hold them in your arms or fill up your cart, the amount will knock you over. You are doing incredible.

hair loss is due to lack of magnesium, which is common with low carb. take a supplement.

Thanks everyone! I do take supplements though. It doesn't seem to help.

There's a huge range for eating low carb. Anywhere from 0 up to 100 is still considered low. Finding your "sweet spot" is key. Just getting rid of sugar and empty processed carbs is a win win!

Carbs aren't bad for everyone. Ok to kick the habit for a bit and revisit mindfulness. Reminds me, I need to cook some rice🎯

Find what works for you and go with it girl. That is what I am trying. You can do it. stick with it.

Listen to your body and it will tell you what you should or shouldn't be doing. It's that simple. Nice drop!

How long were you doing low carb? Just curious, this is my first diet and I've chosen low carb. Congrats on finding something that works for you-keep it down!
