yawn...its just alittle after 225am..an i normally dont get up till 330am...this morning i woke up at 130am..wide awake..went to bed to tired..cut grass yesterday afternoon an after that just never recovered from being out side..was 90 with heat index of 102..didnt even sweat while i was outside for that half hour..actually felt nice an warm having been inside in the air...after i cut grass and cleaned up..just set around watchin tv an getting up every 30 minutes ..have started getting up every 30 minutes to move around more ..see if it makes a differnce ...does help in that its not so hard to get outta recliner...lol...

another day off from bike..unless i change my mind after i jounal..not really sure..just takin time off ..giving my body a vacation and allowing it to heal from all the daily riding its been giving me...well...gonna close this journal out...go in an lay back down..see if theres a possiblity that sleep is in my future

glad i layed back down ..went back to sleep for anohter 3 hours..hate when i have nites like that...usually im just over tired..should to took an aleve before bed..but didnt..o well..up an movin now...didnt do any bike ride..slept thru that..
