feels good to be back inside..goood mornin fs..was 65 this mornin when i left the house to do my mornin ride..didnt want to go..wasnt in the mood..had to change tire on bike last night ride before bed..checked tires at 4pm like always..sometimes several times thru the day..anyways..checked front tire..it was flat..im thinkin..well..use your imagination..anyways i hate changin tubes...took an hour that normally im relaxing..getting into my relaxing state before bed time..instead cursing cause i cant get the tire off the rim to change the tube out..finally get it apart an put new tube in..get it all aired up an get bike back together..air up old tube to see what the problem with it is...it was leaking around the valve stem...so cant be patched...
so...as i said ...wasnt in the mood to ride this morning..when i left the house..i was just gonna do 5 miles...well..15.22 miles later im back home an glad i pushed to get more..

by the time i got back home this morning temp had dropped to 61..on a bike its like 10 degrees colder...an yes it was a colder ride this morning..glad i dressed for that colder ride..not lookin forward to the colder mornings..seems like it goes from to hot to..to cold...what happened to just right...

Great discipline on getting out and riding! I'm that way with exercising most of the time, too. I have to push myself to do it, but I'm always glad I did, afterwards.

Hey! I wish you a mild fall season so you can ride as long as possible! I went to the park this morning with the dog and realized the route wasn't very crowded early if I was to ride a bike. Do you find weekends are much better than week days for traffic? I could see riding early am but soon it's going to be DARK. HMMM.. 😁
