Happy Saturday, my Best Buddies:
Well, now I am working on my next round of goals. My big dilemma is: How does one cut to lose fat without also losing LBM, and bulk to gain muscle without also gaining fat?

Bawahahahahaha - If I could solve that dilemma, I would probably be rich! I think my next main plan is work to continue to get my bodyfat% lower while still lifting as heavy as I can. Once I can get the bodyfat% where I hope to be, I can continue to muscle build.

It's just part of the process. I would take the loss of muscle and bulk anytime. Less weight, quicker and more mobile. You are doing great! You are a great model of success here.

@MysticSun - I like Venuto's books - his older one is called. "The Bodyfat Solution" which also has some good stuff in it.
