Didn't quite hit the mark, but it's no surprise as I've had a handful of hiccups the past 3 months, including last weekend. I got to feeling some type of way after eating all my scheduled food for the day and went on a crazyyyyyy binge. The next day I started over fresh... stayed on plan until just after lunch and then lost my shit again in binge land.

I spent the next five days focusing on getting my eating under control and skipped the gym. Baby steps. Lol

Then Friday morning I realized the gym wouldn't be open at midnight today because of the damn holiday hours and I made myself go... in the daytime... with people... and their eyeballs. I couldn't bear waiting another 4 days to get my exercise on. I've gone 4 times now with the sun out! Feels good to not be hiding.

This is a difficult time of year for me and I expect to be all over the place the next few months as usual. I'm definitely feeling more in control than I have felt the past few years during these months. I'm glad I have the gym to work through these feels at.

Glad you've managed to make the step into Daylight exercise. It opens up more opportunities for you. Take care and shout out of you need a sounding board during your difficult time of year. I have those too and they're hard to explain to some people but they're real.

It's hard to go to the gym when its busy, I would know! But yay for doing it! :) Every time you make a slight decision that is healthy it's better than the bad decision you would have made in the past, that's what I need to keep reminding myself anyway! Good job! :D

I'm glad you're doing daytime gym. If anyone there has a problem with you, just remember they're the problem, you however are the solution!
