the scales are rejoicing once again... goooooood mornin fs...yes the scales are makin me smile once again..just got back from a 13-14 mile ride..did alot of thinkin..while i was riding about how frustrated i get when the scales dont make me smile ...an i have to remember that as long as i stick with a plan thats working for me and mine does..then even if the scales dont show a loss..sooner or later its gonna show that loss..whether it be in inches or pounds..it all counts ..just gotta stick with it an not worry or get down on yourself when you dont see results..which is hard not to do..i..like so many on here want quick results..an its gonna be along road to success..but well worth it when it comes..so many others have reached their goals...an im so proud of them...just cant wait until i can be one of those people...have a great day everyone an as always thanks for the support...
