MARKET FEEDBACK > SCALE WEIGHT (Cut Done)

Last week I got Sadie Hawkins'd from surprisingly lovely quarters considerably south of my intended target demographic. Based on said, highly reputable, market feedback, I am done with this cut. So done.

For the last 4 days, I have eaten wtfe, but kept my IF protocol; and maintained KCALs at a daily average of 2300. Scale is stable within 0.2# for 5 days running now despite zero macro discipline. This weekend is unrestricted. Recomp/LeanBulk starts Monday. Focus will be 1) Waist 2) Fat% & 3) Relative Strength.

FINAL STATUS 15.8% @ 189.6#
WAIST = 33 1/2"
RELATIVE STRENGTH (BIG4/#): na

Academic disasters have been averted. Parenting has been staffed out to the Ex for the Weekend, come what may.
