gonna hold off goood mornin everyone...gonna hold off on weighing in this mornin for a few hours yet...hoping to drain so more salt that i ate yesterday..also had a candy bar..just couldnt stop my hand from pickin it up at counter as i paid for stuff at walmart..really after being off the chocolate for some time..it wasnt as good as it use to be..kinda lost the taste...i weighed last night before i went to bed..i weighed 324...drank lots of water yesterday for my need of salt an chocolate..last time i weighed while ago i was down to 318.8..so im hopin to record close to my 317.8..so mabye it wont be to much of a gain...o well..thats what happens when you feel the urge to give in...im still thinkin i can hit my 300 by end of the month or close to it...then i just have to get back in the habit of wakin up earlier again..slept 11 hours last night..not sure why..guess i needed it...well..im done babblin...so have a great one...and thanks for stoppin by...

Hey, WBH!!! Get on my challenge. You may make 300 by then the end of it. Maybe sooner. Its easy. Eat all of your calories in a single meal then fast for 23 hours. Or just Eat one meal a day. Can ya hack it? Join in and see what happens. It starts in 7 more hours.

ty carmen an ty knuckles..i joined the challenge..have been eating all my food at one setting and fasting for the other 23 hours...i have to say when i get done eating my meal..my tummy is sayin...i cant believe you ate all that..

Not a chance of doing this kind of diet with Diabetes - I would faint on the spot after 3 hours of fasting lol

i use store brand salad dressing but water it down..only 0.50 carbs and o.18 on sugar...i think thats great...better then a candy bar...lol...

Carmen We are all consultants contributing ideas towards the same cause. I can be added if you like, as well as anyone else. And of course this new name will be gone by tomorrow - but I will send you what I wrote via PM - my posts will slowly be removed once they browse through all of FS looking for pippy posts. Not sure if they spy in on the private messages though? I guess they have the technology to do whatever snooping they want on their own website. Nothing online is really ever private anyway.

I just found it, good stuff there! Good for you. You may or may not want or wish to include, eventually getting rid of an added sugar item, each month, for the rest of your life. or just start with what you have already. Any awareness and proactive efforts to stop eating and drinking sugar is great. Good job.

I am good. I was hoping to take a break and work on my book when I saw that I was banned again, but I saw your challenge and question to me so I didn't want to seem like I wasn't responding, or being rude. I do need some days off from posting - but as we speak, I am talking to some of my personal friends off line and they are taking the challenge as well. My hopes and dreams get carried away, but It would be so awesome if one day, 3 years from now perhaps - all of our kitchens were free of sugar - and we started yelling back at all the food manufacturers to stop pushing the most dangerous drug into our lives. I know we are adults and we make our own decisions, but is is dam hard when you walk down the isle in any store not to be tempted by so many sugary products - things we have been eating all of our lives.

Nick or nic - means nickname in this instance - unless the name was actually nick - short for Nicholas. But otherwise it means nick name.

Thank you jess. I actually do though, need some time off. Granted, online, with my laptop, I can multitask;do research, write and edit my book, and embrace all of you daily. But sometimes the internet really sucks you in, and 3 or 4 hours later you're like - what just happened with the time. I sometimes look forward to them banning me, so I can get a breather - and give some here a breather as well. I get intense with what I do, and go at things full force many times, and many times to a fault - and being banned gives me good pause - and i come back refreshed, renewed. There's a silver lining to everything. :)
