Beautiful! You look so much healthier! @Becca, you have to have your photo's saved on the internet somewhere, like in your photo gallery on Facebook, then you copy the link to your photo. Open a new journal and in the tool bar you will see an icon that looks kinda like a mountain with a sun over it, that is the button for adding a photo. Click it and it will put [img][/img] on your journal, click betwen the two and paste your link to your photo and voila....you posted a pic 

SO the chick in the top picture was your evil almost twin right? You look GREAT!!!!!!

That is astonishing! You should be on the official Fat Secret Welcoming Committee. What an inspiration you are. That's a whole different person in the after photo--you lost a whole overweight woman. It's miraculous and yet not a miracle because you worked it and made it happen pound by pound by pound. Look at those skinny thighs! So very impressive what you have accomplished; you have earned yourself a whole bunch of self esteem points here. You took control of your life and your health. You did this thing that many people on this site and all over the world are or would be envious of. You put yourself first, even when the person you should have been able to count on to be there for you could not be relied upon. In the end, you relied on yourself, and you were good to yourself. Many never accomplish that in life, and you have. What a wonderful example you are to your grandkids! And to all of us here. Thank you for sharing your story, your heartbreak, and your tremendous accomplishments with us! Stay healthy! You've earned it!
