No change on the scale. I was supposed to be in the 23Xs this week considering I saw 239.6 on Friday and 239.8 on Saturday. A little disappointed. Not bad I suppose considering I haven't been able to exercise since last week. I will keep up the fight and get the number on that scale to go down for my weigh in next week.

I am getting better and better in every way each day.

Happy Wednesday.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

No worries Ches, just keep to the path, you're doing great. Healing from your motorcycle accident might also be causing some fluid retention.

Thanks Jim. I snuck in a little carbs too yesterday. Shhh don't tell anyone. It doesn't help that our company had layoffs yesterday and maybe another round today as well. My body and mind are a little stressed at the moment. Really working hard at not binging. I am soooo close to getting into this next weight bracket. I can do it.

Hey, you are alive and didn't leave part of your brain on the pavement. That's good for this week, Ches!

So glad you're getting better. Remember that healing requires inflammation and all that extra fluid has weight. Be kind to yourself during recovery, weight loss will come.

Ches don't sweat the small stuff buddy, you will be there as soon as your body wants you too.

Hey Ches, sometimes this fat loss/weight loss process is hard, very hard...sometimes it's easier. My hope for you is that you hit a patch of easier going. I know when you started this you had a real determination... that determination can get eroded over time by physical setbacks, work or life issues, etc...take care and look after yourself, remember, this is not a sprint.

Remember it's not a linear process. Make a plan...believe in it...stick with it...and give it time. Good Luck

I noticed that since I started working out that the scaled has slowed dramatically. With diet I was dropping faster but I feel healthier. Keep it up because I'm not where I want to be either but I'm not near where I started.
