Iam 44 going 45 years. I started my weight loss journey in May 2014. I have a brisk walk every evening after work 4 times a week,for 45 min.,i do zumba 3 times a week at home,and skip rope 3 times a week,i also watch what I eat,and try to avoid starch for dinner,am currently doing 1200kcal per day,with cheat days mainly on Sundays,where I indulge in potato chips,pizza or ice cream. Iam currently hypertensive on medication. I really would like to be 75 kgs by May 2016. Am currently weighing 95 kgs,down from 115kgs in May 2014. Am really looking forward to joining this team of people who are like me,to help me eat right,exercise and be a healthy mother and wife.
