fruits and veggies have lots of carbs. Be careful. Cut the wheat. Wheat causes bad bloating.

Good decision to nix Carbs. I'm on Keto diet which only allows me 10% daily income of carbs in the form of veggies. Good luck on your Journey.

Wheat, bread products always leave me bloated - low carb fruits and veggies with lean protein and minimal dairy products also may help. I use dietdoctor.com, too.

My favorite grain products source, Bob's Red Mill, has developed a low-carb baking mix that's made of real food instead of weird non-food fillers. They also have a variety of vegetable protein powders (chia, pea, hemp, soy). http://www.bobsredmill.com/catalogsearch/result/?q=low+carb
