slowly but surely
thanks everyone for responding & sorry it took me this long to see everyone's great comments ... i've not had any grain products such as wheat or rice for 5 days now & it has helped me feel less bloated even though i've not lost too much weight but it is ok since i'm fitting much better in my clothes which makes me feel better. i've also increased my water intake by a lot .. i never measured how much water i was drinking since i always forgot but now i've purchased a 60oz water bottle which i'm keeping w/me at all times so i drink 1.5 of it so about 90oz Smile the first few days i really felt bloated but then the bloating has decreased a lot. once again i appreciate evey one who commented thanks

slowly but surely...my kcal is not the best .... Evil or Very Mad but hey i don't want to starve me ...
