Woke at 212.8, down .6 from yesterday after a 1619 calorie catch up day. Breakfast and lunch meetings today but I have my full 1825 calories to work with. Will get in a workout tonight and lots of walking today. UPDATE: Came home at 216.0, which was pretty disappointing. Ate breakfast and lunch out, but didn’t go too far off the reservation. Did have a rare glass of orange juice and about a quarter cup of roasted potatoes at breakfast. No bread all day. Color me perplexed. Finished the day at 1825 calories. Actually took an hour nap and then got on the treadmill from 11:30 to midnight to end the day. Got back to 213.6.

I count the lowest weight of the day, whatever it is, whenever it is. That gives me a legit number for the day, data to graph the trend, and no worries about the high number of the day. Call it an outlier, and have a great night's sleep!
