hi everyone. Im quite happy as today i had a checkup at the doc, and my blood pressure has gone down since 3 months ago and is now normal as it was a little higher, I think its due to my diet, less salty food and my hunger pains at night are getting better now my stomach is ajusting to less food. My weight hasnt changed much since last week but im not panicking, i know im losing it slowly and i dont do crash diets as they never work.

First of all congrats on getting healthier. Though I have a way to go, After I lost 40 pounds my blood pressure began to decrease considerably. We need to understand that this isn't just about losing weight, it is about getting healthier. Have great day.
