hi, im 47 years old, i have two daughters 24 and 19, i live in new Zealand. im here to get support to lose some weight and keep it off as im getting older , i am fit but i dont know why i keep putting weight on when i lose it, i go on diets and this time i just want to stick to a plan of eating sensible portions and the right food and having treats now and then but not using food when im bored at night or when im not feeling good. I like working out , i have been going to the gym for over 10 years so im good like that but for me its not enough. I need to stick to calorie control and not working at the moment i really have to be careful as im not moving around as much. would like to support others to and i need to have that i realize. I would like to add. im 5ft7, as i think thats important to mention when you just put how much you weigh, it can sound like a lot but taller people tend to be a bit heavier lol, so i dont want to be 60 kgs , i would look like something out of horror movie

Worried about weigh in
instead of reaching for food, try and think of others ways to deal with it? Like going for a walk or doing something that doesnt involve food. I would eat when stressed for comfort , that's how i put on the weight
