Awwh cute picture of Sydney. I am doing home workouts this week too. Got to the gym on Monday but then the gym is closed the rest of the week becasue the trainer's wife is having a baby! Anyway I need to get down to the basement and do my workout. I have it planned but I am horrible when it comes to working out on my own. Excuse that I have to overcome today. Wednesday I had a doctor's appointment to for a pellet insert so no glutes until today so I am going to do lunges.

My white puppy almost always has a baby in his mouth (stuffie or bone) except when he goes for a walk. There is another golden retriever in the area that is so funny he walks with his own leash in his mouth. She looks so cute. Hope you have a great day Diana

Sydney almost always carries a stuffed baby in her mouth. She has a stuffed football that she hides all over house and then tries to find it later. It's quite funny to watch. ( she forgets where she hides it) I'm sure it's a security thing for her. Sometimes about 1/2 way through her walk she will drop it in front of my feet ..I guess she is trusting me to carry it the rest of the way. 💜

Love that about her🥰 her and her stuffies. Glad she’s up and moving around like herself.💜 I is so hard watching our pups grow old and deteriorate 😢

Debra and Charlie, thanks. She is quirky than ever but that is part of heeler breed and part of her abusive past. ( we rescued her at 6 years old from a terrible situation) She is not very " touchy feely" but lately she comes over to me and just leans in my legs. I think she knows her time is short...😭😭😭💜💜💜
