Wow, up 6lbs. ! Looking forward to turning things around this week. I will see the doctor and physical therapist tomorrow. I know I have to be very focus with my meals due to my limited movements. My intention for today is to STRIVE. I will STRIVE to do what is healthy and right for my well being.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
