I'm beginning to think my resting caloric rate is a lot less than 1420. Either that or my metabolism is slower than I'd thought. Whichever. Am down to 52 pounds or so to lose, I'm not hungry and I feel good! Lots of people on here with lots of stories and lots of history. Question. My ultimate goal weight is to weigh what I weighed at 12. Given I'm the same height I was then, I don't think that's too low. I have weighed that in the past, as an adult and it felt amazing. Lots of baggage admitting that. I was the tallest/fattest kid in my grade, so tons of bullying going on, which is difficult to wrap my head around. How can too fat become too thin? 😆
