This past week has been quite a challenge (hubby has been ill so I'm at the helm at home and work).
Thank goodness we both stayed on track -- it's really paying off.
My decrease in weight during week 1 was pretty swift mostly due to water loss.
Week 2 must be due to some commitment, right? Whatever the case, I made it my B#@*&H
14 pounds gone!
We plan to increase our daily calories and will add resistance & walking.
I hope every has a great week!!
244.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
