Just For Today, I Commit to Staying on My Food Plan. (Calorie Count)
It was a Hard FOOD day last night! I wanted to eat everything, but tried to still measure stuff and HONESTLY log...some popcorn, ice cream and cereal...carb blow-out.
I just realized what the heck...I have super low vitamin D in spite of taking 50,000IU weekly per my doctor. It makes me tired and I must be going for carbs/sugar for energy!
LOGGING is essential to remain accountable to YOURSELF and know exactly what you are consuming. It is HARD but NOT impossible!
I REFUSE to self-sabotage.
It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?
Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

2023 Goals:
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Return to HIIT mixed in with weight lifting at least three days a week
