Super Saturday, my FS Friends!

Just For Today, I Commit to Staying on My Food Plan. (Calorie Count)

It was a Hard FOOD day last night! I wanted to eat everything, but tried to still measure stuff and HONESTLY log...some popcorn, ice cream and cereal...carb blow-out.

I just realized what the heck...I have super low vitamin D in spite of taking 50,000IU weekly per my doctor. It makes me tired and I must be going for carbs/sugar for energy!

LOGGING is essential to remain accountable to YOURSELF and know exactly what you are consuming. It is HARD but NOT impossible!

I REFUSE to self-sabotage.

It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

2023 Goals:
* Walk, bicycle and kayak for the joy of movement
* Down on the Idiot Box to meet my goal weight while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Return to HIIT mixed in with weight lifting at least three days a week

I had a tough day yesterday too, and the day before. I do IF and it's not usually a,problem to stop eating at 3-4pm, except now.

@Fritzy22 - I know! I usually do 18:6 or 20:4 I/F. It was just a day where I needed carbs I guess

Thanks for posting this! It’s so inspirational for me; I can relate to your struggle and yes, measuring and tracking food IS THE ANSWER! Keep it up, and don’t stop! 👍

Great post! So true to focus on the step and not the whole staircase. I slipped on the step last night and had a Rebuen flatbread pizza and ate the whole thing! So today I am on a new step.

Interesting HCB. 2000mg of vitamin C was making me go #2 and flushing out my system, lol!!! Now I keep track of macros on my net diary, lol no wonder I get more than enough vitamin C in my food intake, it's vitamin D,E , shortage and a little on Vitamin B

I've read vitamin D does not work without magnesium so I take magnesium glycinate with with my vitamin d supplement. You could maybe give it a try see if it helps?
