Happy Near-Weekend my FS Warriors!

Just For Today I Commit to Staying On My Food Plan (Calorie Count)

People asked about my mention of COLD kayaking - having lived in Minneapolis for 35 years the idea of kayaking in DECEMBER would be unheard of right?

In South Carolina...we can kayak in December and January with temperature about 50 degrees!

Fleece pants, fleece-wear, hats and gloves made it super comfy and beautiful!

It comes down to one thing; how bad do you want it?

Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

Current Goals:
* Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle
* Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down
* Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting three to five days a week
