quick late salad on a rushed day. have I mentioned just how much I love a good avocado? OMG. when they're good, they're so good.

Such a pretty salad! I love avocados too and a local grocery store just started carrying some small ones, 5 in a bag that are great. About 85 grams each, so I can eat a whole one guilt-free.

yes, when they are good, they are so good is right. I haven't been able to find a decent one here though...even at the premium grocery we visit.
