No weight lost this week. Well, unless you count all the weight that came on and went off again.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not going to the scales -- got family here and the family holiday till Sunday. On Monday there will be a sheepish-but-brave moment followed by a small scream, and lettuce soup.

Hope you had a nice time with family. Charlie is away working for the next 3 weeks, which is always good for my diet! SO hopefully I can make at least some progress again.
