Yes, I have reattached weight of 9 days ago.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2433 kcal Fat: 64.06g | Prot: 88.80g | Carb: 262.62g.   Breakfast: Maple Syrup , Oats , Pears , Super U fromage blanc 0%. Lunch: Alouette Creme Fraiche, Brownie, Olive Oil, Potato (Flesh and Skin), Carrots, Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), Cooked Swordfish. Dinner: Capers, Olive Oil, Black Olives, U Artichoke Hearts in Brine, Lustucru Farfalles 3 Minutes. Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine , Light or Dark Holiday Type Fruit Cake, White Table Wine . more...
