Is that mango with vanilla protein powder blended?

Frozen mango chunks two spoonfuls of cottage cheese one scoop of protein powder and a tiny bit of xanthan gum. That’s it! Made it in the blender.

"anabolic" in cooking generally means that it's higher in protein than normal. between the protein powder and cottage cheese, this portion has 32 grams of protein which is much more than regular. it's also low fat and has no added sugar.
