Went to nutritionist yesterday. Up a bit but not to bad for not watching my diet for a week..back on track this week. Back to gym and did carb cycling on Tues.

Diet Calendar Entry for 19 May 2022:

funny the brush teeth woth battle water. we started doing that a year ago just cuz we feel like sink water is so dirty! here in StL at least. it taste funny.

Mermee, DP, and amcdile, the brushing teeth comment was some advice I gave her for her trip to Cancun..I guess she wrote it down! I saw it after I posted it...😂😂
