@dinaisra : untuk saya sih 1x makan apalagi pas abis legday butuh asupan karbo dan protein yang tinggi buat bantu recover😂 masih kalah saya kalo sama tanboykun, dia kuat makan besarnya dan kuat makan pedas🤣 gak cuma bulking kok, cutting juga bisa makan bar-bar, cuma gak sebebas pas bulking aja🤣🤣🤣
